Privacy notice

What boxai collects, why, and for how long. Last updated 10 October 2026.

What we collect

• Access code. Stored only as a one-way hash, with a label for the client it was issued to. We cannot read it back.
• What you build. When you ask the AI for help, your message and the current project files are sent to the AI service to produce a reply. We do not log message or file contents.
• Published pages. The page you publish is stored so it can be shown at its link, until it expires or you remove it.
• WhatsApp tap counts. When a visitor taps a WhatsApp button on a published page, the link passes through boxai.dev, which adds one to a daily counter for that page (kept about 40 days) and then sends the visitor to WhatsApp. We do not store who tapped, their IP address or the message text. The page owner sees only the total.
• Usage counts. A daily count of AI requests per access code, kept for about two days, to enforce limits.
• Early-access form. The name, contact, business and note you enter are kept for up to one year to contact you about access.
• Reports. A report about a page is kept for about 90 days.
• In your browser. Your project, name and language choice are saved in your own browser so the workspace remembers them. Clearing your browser data removes them. We set no advertising cookies and use no ad trackers.

Where it is processed

boxai runs on Cloudflare's global network. Requests, AI processing and stored data may be handled in data centres outside the UAE. Cloudflare also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the service and to prevent abuse. A UAE-hosted option is planned but is not available today.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your projects to train AI models. Pages you publish cannot send data to other websites, and visitors' details are not collected by boxai.

Your choices

You can unpublish a page at any time from the Publish panel, and published pages expire automatically. To ask us to delete your early-access details or a page, use the report form or contact form.

ما نجمعه

• رمز الدخول. يُحفظ فقط في صورة بصمة مشفّرة أحادية الاتجاه مع اسم الجهة التي صدر لها. لا يمكننا استرجاعه.
• ما تبنيه. عند طلب مساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي تُرسل رسالتك وملفات مشروعك الحالية إلى خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لإنتاج الرد. لا نسجّل محتوى الرسائل أو الملفات.
• الصفحات المنشورة. تُخزَّن الصفحة التي تنشرها لعرضها على رابطها حتى تنتهي مدتها أو تزيلها.
• عدّاد نقرات واتساب. عندما يضغط زائر على زر واتساب في صفحة منشورة يمر الرابط عبر boxai.dev فيُضاف واحد إلى عدّاد يومي لتلك الصفحة (يُحفظ نحو 40 يومًا) ثم يُحوَّل الزائر إلى واتساب. لا نخزّن هوية من ضغط ولا عنوان IP ولا نص الرسالة، ويرى صاحب الصفحة العدد الإجمالي فقط.
• عدّاد الاستخدام. عدد يومي لطلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي لكل رمز دخول، يُحفظ نحو يومين لتطبيق الحدود.
• نموذج الدخول المبكر. الاسم ووسيلة التواصل والنشاط والملاحظة التي تدخلها تُحفظ حتى سنة للتواصل معك بشأن الدخول.
• البلاغات. يُحفظ البلاغ عن صفحة نحو 90 يومًا.
• في متصفحك. يُحفظ مشروعك واسمك ولغتك في متصفحك أنت ليتذكرها المحرر، ويزول ذلك بمسح بيانات المتصفح. لا نضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية ولا نستخدم متتبعات إعلانية.

أين تتم المعالجة

تعمل boxai على شبكة Cloudflare العالمية. قد تتم معالجة الطلبات والذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات المخزّنة في مراكز بيانات خارج الإمارات. كما تعالج Cloudflare بيانات تقنية مثل عناوين IP لتقديم الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. خيار الاستضافة داخل الإمارات مخطّط له لكنه غير متاح اليوم.

ما لا نفعله

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدم مشاريعك لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي. لا تستطيع الصفحات التي تنشرها إرسال بيانات إلى مواقع أخرى، ولا تجمع boxai بيانات زوار صفحاتك.

خياراتك

يمكنك إلغاء نشر أي صفحة في أي وقت من لوحة النشر، وتنتهي الصفحات المنشورة تلقائيًا. لطلب حذف بياناتك في نموذج الدخول المبكر أو أي صفحة، استخدم نموذج البلاغ أو نموذج التواصل.
