Plain-language terms for the boxai early-access service. Last updated 10 October 2026.

What boxai is

boxai lets you describe a page or small app, build it with AI help, preview it, and publish it at a public link. It is early-access software provided as is, and it may change or pause without notice.

Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for what you build and publish. AI can make mistakes: check names, prices, phone numbers, VAT and tax registration numbers, licence numbers and any claims before you rely on a page or share it. Sample details in templates are placeholders and must be replaced.

What you must not do

• Publish scams, phishing pages, or pages that pretend to be another person, bank, government body or brand.
• Publish malware, illegal content, hate or abuse, adult content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Collect other people's passwords, card numbers or identity documents.
• Share your access code, or try to get around limits, security controls or other users' pages.

Limits and removal

Access codes have daily usage limits. Published pages are free to view, show a “Made with boxai” badge with a report link, and expire automatically unless your plan says otherwise. We may remove any page or switch off any access code at any time, especially after a report or if these terms are broken.

No warranty

We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free, or that AI output is correct. To the extent the law allows, boxai is not liable for losses from using the service or from content built with it. Nothing here limits rights you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.

ما هي boxai

تتيح لك boxai وصف صفحة أو تطبيق صغير، وبناءه بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومعاينته، ثم نشره على رابط عام. الخدمة في مرحلة الوصول المبكر وتُقدَّم كما هي، وقد تتغير أو تتوقف دون إشعار.

محتواك ومسؤوليتك

أنت المسؤول عمّا تبنيه وتنشره. قد يخطئ الذكاء الاصطناعي، فتحقق من الأسماء والأسعار وأرقام الهاتف والرقم الضريبي ورقم الرخصة وأي ادعاءات قبل الاعتماد على الصفحة أو مشاركتها. البيانات النموذجية في القوالب مجرد أمثلة ويجب استبدالها.

ما يُمنع فعله

• نشر صفحات احتيال أو تصيّد، أو صفحات تنتحل صفة شخص أو بنك أو جهة حكومية أو علامة تجارية.
• نشر برمجيات خبيثة أو محتوى غير قانوني أو يحض على الكراهية أو الإساءة أو محتوى للبالغين أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
• جمع كلمات مرور الآخرين أو أرقام بطاقاتهم أو وثائق هويتهم.
• مشاركة رمز الدخول الخاص بك، أو محاولة تجاوز الحدود أو ضوابط الأمان أو صفحات المستخدمين الآخرين.

الحدود والإزالة

لرموز الدخول حدود استخدام يومية. الصفحات المنشورة مجانية للعرض وتحمل شارة «Made with boxai» مع رابط إبلاغ، وتنتهي تلقائيًا ما لم تنص باقتك على غير ذلك. يحق لنا إزالة أي صفحة أو إيقاف أي رمز دخول في أي وقت، خصوصًا بعد بلاغ أو عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.

عدم الضمان

لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة متاحة دائمًا أو خالية من الأخطاء، ولا أن مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي صحيحة. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل boxai المسؤولية عن الخسائر الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو المحتوى المبني بها. ولا يقيّد هذا النص أي حقوق لك بموجب القانون الإماراتي لا يجوز تقييدها.
